RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. RESERVATION: Reservation may be made by phone: +39 388 9852585, our staff will give you the answer during 24 hours
2. PREPAYMENT: Reservation is confirmed after paying 50% of prepayment for a stay on the bank account of B&B. This payment must be done in 10days from the confirmation.
3. DOCUMENTS: In the day of arrival it is obligated to show the identity card for every guest in order to notify (according to the rules).
4. ACCOMODATION: Rooms are at the guests disposal from 3 p.m. at the arrival day (check in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) At the departure rooms should be left at 10 a.m.
5. BREAKFASTS: Breakfasts for the guests are served in one of the coffee bar.
6. KEEPING OF CLEANNESS: For the time of one week stay there is one cleaning scheduled, for a shorter stay there is no cleaning.
7. RESTRICTIONS:
- entering of animals;
- taking of changing the localization of equipment;
- entering the people (who are not notified in B&B “ La Casetta”, without informing the owners;
- smoking forbidden.
8. RESIGNATION: In case of resignation of stay (because of the Guest reasons there are the following rules implied:
a. Resignation 30 days before the arrival is free of charge;
b. Resignation from 29 to 20 days before the arrival – the amount of payment non-returnable is 30% of price of the stay;
c. Resignation from 19 to 10 days before the arrival- the amount of payment non-returnable is 40% of the whole payment;
d. Resignation from 9 to 4 days before arrival- the amount of non-returnable payment is 50% of the whole payment;
e. Resignation - 3 days before the arrival and in the case of not coming - the amount of non-returnable payment is 100%.
9. PAYMENT: The rest of payment (after the prepayment), The Guests are obliged to pay directly at the time of accommodation in B&B, at the day of arrival.
10. INCAPABILITY OF ACCEPTING GUESTS: In the case of cancelling of reservation due to the reasons of B&B, the whole amount of prepayment is returned on the bank account of the submitter of the reservation (the prepayment is not returned in cash).
Above regulations are accepted in all 10 points (1,2,3,4,5,6,7a,b,c,d,e,8,9) at the time of submitting the reservation.
